The surprise reappearance of disgraced former Labor MP Adem Somyurek is threatening to derail the Victorian Government’s pandemic legislation.

If he votes against the bill, it will fail and Victorian MP Fiona Patten says he might be “coming in for payback” against his former Labor colleagues.

Fiona Patten is the founder and leader of the Reason Party and a Member of the Victorian Legislative Council for the Northern Metropolitan region.
