— Expand the list of prescribed ailments for medicinal cannabis

— Expand and strengthen dental health services

— Facilitate doctor placements and specific ice addiction prevention services in regions

— Increase public health measures to reduce diabetes, heart disease, obesity, osteoporosis and cancer
