I move to introduce a bill for an act to amend the Road Safety Act 1986 to provide that prescription medicinal cannabis that does not impair driving is to be treated in the same manner as other prescription drugs and for other purposes, and I move:

That the bill be now read a first time.

Fiona Patten is the founder and leader of the Reason Party and a Member of the Victorian Legislative Council for the Northern Metropolitan region.
