In preparation for Midsumma, we wanted Stephanie to have a fun new look.
Between the lines clothing is an up and coming Melbourne based brand, started by a lesbian who “loved buying mens clothes and got fed up never finding the styles she wanted in the women’s section.”
“She decided to come up with her own designs and clothes to wear, hoping to also bring some joy to other women, men and those who don’t identify, with her clothes that are about whether they look great rather than who it is specified for.”
Mel Bedggood, the founder of Between the Lines, dressed Stephanie in one of her so soft shirts and beanies. The label of ‘It’s Time’ is perfect to encapsulate what Midsumma is all about, supporting the GLBTIQ+ community, protecting safe schools, and a fight for marriage equality in Australia.
You can find Stephanie at the Fiona Patten MP stall at Midsumma Carnival, this Sunday the 15th of January.
